Winnebago Industries, Inc. is a leading U.S. manufacturer of outdoor lifestyle experiences under the Winnebago, Grand Design, Chris-Craft and Newmar brands. The Company builds quality motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheel products and boats with multiple facilities in Iowa, Indiana, Minnesota and Florida. Our common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and is traded under the symbol WGO. Winnebago Industries was incorporated under the laws of the state of Iowa on February 12, 1958, and adopted its present name on February 28, 1961.
