Michael Pack

Michael E. Pack is an industrial technology and financial leader with two decades of experience in capital allocation, operational performance, product innovation and manufacturing modernization. His financial and operational expertise supports the board’s oversight of disciplined execution, capital deployment and financial planning. Mr. Pack qualifies as an SEC audit committee financial expert.

During his tenure at Oshkosh Corporation since 2006, Mr. Pack has held domestic and international leadership roles across finance and operations. As executive vice president and president of the vocational segment since 2024, he leads a global portfolio of purpose-built vehicles and equipment.

Previously, as executive vice president and chief financial officer, Mr. Pack oversaw financial planning, reporting, corporate strategy, treasury and capital allocation. He supported investments to expand and modernize manufacturing, including a multiyear initiative at Pierce that added 500,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 800 employees. He also helped lead the $800 million acquisition of Oshkosh AeroTech in 2023.

Mr. Pack began his career at Grant Thornton LLP, where he became a senior audit manager. He is a certified public accountant with experience in financial reporting, accounting and internal controls
