John Murabito

John M. Murabito is a seasoned executive with more than 40 years of experience leading organizational transformations, enterprise operations and strategic transactions. His expertise in leadership development, talent strategy and organizational effectiveness enhances the board’s oversight of Winnebago Industries’ long-term strategy and organizational performance.

Mr. Murabito served on Cigna Corporation’s enterprise leadership team for nearly 20 years. As executive vice president and chief administrative officer from 2021 to 2022, he oversaw human resources, enterprise marketing and other corporate operations and helped shape leadership development and executive succession.

Previously, Mr. Murabito served as Cigna’s chief human resources officer for 18 years. He played a key role in corporate transactions, including the $54 billion acquisition of Express Scripts, overseeing organizational integration, leadership alignment and workforce planning.

Earlier, Mr. Murabito served as chief human resources officer of Monsanto Company, helping guide its transformation into an independent public company. He also held human resources leadership roles with PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay division, Symbion Inc. and The Trane Company, building experience in workforce strategy, labor relations and organizational leadership.
