This offer is not valid on units purchased prior to July 1, 2008 or after December 31, 2008. Consumer may elect to use their "MOST PER GALLON" rebate towards their down payment by indicating with a checkmark in the 'Please apply my “MOST PER GALLON“ rebate to my down payment' box on this form. If this option is selected, a rebate check will be sent to the selling dealer. Or, the consumer may choose to have the "MOST PER GALLON” rebate sent to them in the form of a rebate check from Winnebago Industries by selecting the 'Please send my "MOST PER GALLON" rebate to me' box on this form. In either case, payment will be processed upon receipt of all required documentation.
