The SD WIT Travelers held their state chapter meeting July 17 at GNR. We had twelve units in attendance. We participated in friendship night serving our famous buffalo burgers in accordance with the Hillbilly Jamboree theme.

We all had a good time attending the seminars and evening entertainment, especially the Classic Car Shop.

Rushmore Winnies
Local Chapter

The Rushmore Winnies held a social meeting at Pizza Ranch in Rapid City, SD, on Sept. 1. Sixteen members were in attendance for a noon meal of good fun, conversation, and laughter. Members shared their fall and winter plans.

The September business meeting of the Rushmore Winnies was held in conjunction with the SD State Winnies meeting at the Belvidere East KOA on the weekend of Sept. 23-25. Four couples from the Rushmore club were in attendance for a weekend of good food, games, touring of the 1880 Town, Auto Museum in Murdo, and dinner at the Buffalo Restaurant.
