Local Chapter

July: Our meeting was held at Forest City during the GNR, Monday, July 20. Our chapter officers served as wagonmasters. Everyone enjoyed the activities at GNR. Karen Ripperda passed the driving course offered during the rally.

Aug.: We met at Fort Robinson State Park in NE. Friday we attended a chuckwagon dinner with buffalo stew and cornbread, followed by a sing-along. It was a beautiful night. There were all kinds of activities going on at the park and everyone chose which ones they wanted to do.

George and Carol Acri and Phil and Arlene Lynch were wagonmasters. We had a great time!
