May 14, 15, and 16 was the first campout for the season. Seven coaches spent a great weekend at Hayworth Park, Bellevue, NE. Friday started off with dinner at the Golden Corral. Harold and Faye Niehart joined us for dinner. We all enjoyed catching up and visiting around the campfire, with brownies added in. Saturday potluck was held. Our business meeting followed while our food settled! Food bank, pop tops, GNR and get-well wishes were the main topics discussed. Saturday was spent around the campfire again, this time with hot dogs. They sure tasted good this early in the year. Sunday everyone enjoyed rolls, bagels, and fruit at the hosts, Larry and Marilyn's coach. Goodbyes were said and we departed for another month. Our next meeting will be at Neligh, NE if anyone is passing through. Until next time, travel safe.
